Its main objective is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills in an international environment by developing sound policy frameworks for state developments and better lives globally.

The Selection Stages of the OECD Internship Programme
The selection process consists of four main stages:

- What are the topics of the written test? Not all Directorates will require you to do a written test. - When I submit my application, is the information in my application kept confidential? We keep all applications confidential and do not use them for any other purpose than selecting interns.
- How many interns does the OECD recruit? We recruit approx. 600 interns a year.
- Can I do an internship at any OECD location? The vast majority of internships are available in Paris, France. Occasionally the OECD Centres may recruit interns for communication/event management roles.
- Can my internship be partly/fully remote? If agreed with the hiring team, internships can take place remotely or in a hybrid form.
- Can I volunteer for the OECD? No, the OECD does not offer any volunteering opportunities.

Interns at the OECD do not receive a salary, however, the OECD grants a contribution to living
expenses of approx. 1,000 euros per full calendar month worked. - Are interns insured?

Apart from public holidays observed by the OECD, when the total duration of the internship is

The following criteria must be met to apply for your OECD Internship program:
- You are a national of an OECD member country *
- You are less than 65 years of age
- You are fluent in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) with a knowledge of or willingness to learn the other

2. Easy Apply: The Easy Apply option allows you to upload a resume that will be parsed, and the application fields automatically populated. You can check the fields and modify them if necessary. You can also use your LinkedIn/Indeed profile to apply.
3. Personal InformationIndicate:
- Your first name
- Your last name
- Your email address (you need to confirm your email address in the corresponding field)
- Your place of residence (city and country)
- Your phone number
4. Experience: At least one entry must be entered under the Experience section. Click on Add. Indicate:
- Your job title
- The name of your company
- Your job description
- How long you have occupied this position (select the relevant dates; if this is your current job, tick the I currently work here box). Click on Save. To add another experience, click on Add.
5. Education: At least one entry must be saved under the Education section. Indicate:
- The name of the institution
